installation in Sara D. Roosevelt Park during February 2009.
Lanterns were created by over 250 students from M.S. 131, the Chinatown YMCA,
and Asian Americans for Equality
as part of Hester Street Collaborative's
Ground Up program.
The installation were on view in the Hester Street Playground between Grand and
Hester Streets along along the Forsyth and Chrystie Street walkways.
